She was predeceased by: her parents, David Borofsky and Eda Borofsky; her former husbands, Josef Levijan, Sidney Geffen and Gerald Grant; her brother Uzi Borofsky; and her son Jeremy Geffen.
She is survived by: her spouse Sidney Geffen; and her children, Talia Cohen of Meadville and Amara Geffen of Meadville. She is also survived by her daughters and their spouses, four grandchildren, twin great grandchildren, and a brother-in-law.
