He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Keyes, Sr. (Biro) of Utica; his siblings, Michael Keyes Jr. (Mindy Ramsey), Emilee of Jacksonville, FL, Cameron of Jacksonville, FL and Wendy; his brother-in-law Glenn Roback of New York Mills; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer and Jaden Roback; and his aunt Barbara Biro of Frankfort. He is also survived by several other uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Dillon's name may be made to the Center for Family Life and Recovery.
