She was predeceased by: her siblings, Frances DeSchano of Mary Roy, Ignazio Maggiolino, Anthony Maggiolino, Alex DeSchano, Leo Roy, Marian Maggiolino, Helen Maggiolino, Frances Sciortino, Anthony Sciortino and Joseph LiBritz; and her niece Rose Mary Roy.
She is survived by: her parents, John Maggiolino and Concetta Maggiolino (Cesario); her son Frank Forte of Marcellus; her daughter-in-law Kathy Forte of Marcellus; her daughter Michele Forte; her significant other Glenda Scott of Utica; her grandchildren, Thomas Forte, Lindsey Forte and Mathew Scott; her wife Candice; her great grandchildren, Harper Scott and Sadie Scott; her sisters, Connie Mulvihill and Genevieve DiMambro; and her sister-in-law Antoinette LiBritz.
In honor of Diane's love of music, the family requests donations in her name may be made to the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes special fund for the purchase of a new organ or in honor of her husband, John's service, to the Disabled American Veterans.
