He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Gorden and Dorothy Gorden (Kierstead); and his siblings, Maynard Gorden, Priscilla Gallagher and Beverly Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy White; his son Scott; his children-in-law, Michelle Gorden and Mark Nutley; his grandchildren, Zachary Gorden, Allison Gorden, Adam Nutley and Sean Nutley; and his pet Pixie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Matt Funeral Home (700 Rutger St, Utica, NY 13501). A prayer was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
