He was predeceased by: his father Dominic S. Cusimano; and his parents-in-law, Michael and Elizabeth "Liz" Cappelli (Maggi). He is survived by: his wife Judith Cappelli; his son Mark David Cusimano; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Marty Cusimano; his niece Julie (Kenn Bunn); his nephew Matthew (Allison Cusimano); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaylie, Kaitlyn, Joshua Bunn, Collin, Nolan and Owen Cusimano; and his family, Michael, Marty, Houston and David.
