He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Hart and Clara D. Hart (Guzskie). He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Star; his children, David Jr. (Linda Hart), Donna M. (Robert "Rob" Lynn) and Michael (Leslie Hart); his grandchildren, David Hart, Matthew Hart, Jacob Hart, Robbie Lynn (Hilarie Pirger), Rachael Lynn, Ryan Lynn, Rylee Lynn and Josh Schrader; and his brother Douglas "Doug" Hart.
