He was predeceased by: his parent Herbert Sebastian; and his brother Herb Sebastian. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Loisell Sebastian; his son David Sebastian, Jr.; his wife Michelle of Clayville; his daughters, Heather Sebastian (Scott Ferdula) of Frankfort and Jennifer Mitchell of Utica; his grandchildren, Schylar, Hallie, Amelia, Julian, Jaden and Jared; his brothers, Doug Sebastian of Rome, Don Sebastian of Newport and Chris Sebastian; his sister-in-law Ronnie Sebastian of Utica; his sisters, Toni Butera and Gloria Gonyea; his friend Carmen Lindfield; and his close friends, Peter Erhardt and Stash Tarkawski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
