He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Frank and Ethel Frank (Evans); his mother-in-law Marie Fraccola (Spaziani); and his brother-in-law Louis Fraccola. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, David "Bucky" (Cheryl Frank), Michael (Jill Frank), Dana (Christopher Howe) and Dean (Tara Famolaro); his granddaughters, Jennifer and Rachel; his sister Janet Evans; his cousin Carolyn Baron; and his in-laws, Jeanette, Mariano Penge, Joseph T., Lorraine Fraccola, Lois, Patrick Joyce and Marie Fraccola.
