He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Roemer and Anne Roemer (Marsh); his daughter Michele Marie Roemer; his siblings, Patricia Clicquennoi and Charles Roemer; and his siblings-in-law, James Hecox (June), Charles "Pete" Hecox (Tillie), Lawrence "Mike" Hecox, Robert Philpotts, Elinor Kemp (Stan) and Dorothy Cox (Robert).
He is survived by: his wife Frances Hecox; his children, Juliann Nedell (Matthew Goodrich) of Baldwinsville, NY, Mark (Gail Roemer), Brian Roemer, Dan (Laurie Roemer) and Tim (Debbie Roemer); his grandchildren, Adam Roemer (Janessa) of Germany, Jeremy Roemer (Gabriela), Megan Bluem, Vannesa Tanner (Brandon), Edward Nedell (Kara), Daniel Nedell of Liverpool, NY, Amanda Nedell of Baldwinsville, NY and Tessa Roemer; his great grandchildren, Paige, Gianna, Luke, Hailee, Brooklynn, Kaden, Elora, Gabe, Asha and Maverick; his sisters, JoAnn Philpotts of Sauquoit, Donna Miller of Clayville and Nancy Rose of Rome; and his sister-in-law Margaret Hecox of Utica.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Daniel's name can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
