Though Daniel may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Hickey and Rosalie Hickey; his son David; and his wife Joan Hickey. He is survived by: his children, Jean, Lynn and Matthew; and his friends, Jim Malone and Jim Madden. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
