She was predeceased by: her parents, Ural Holly and Mildred Smith Holly (Harris); her children, Grady and Gaynetta; her sister Ruth; her sister-in-law Mae Fannie; her brother Edward; and her brother-in-law Henry.

She is survived by: her husband James Wesley Foreman; her children, Gary, Sr., Linda, Loretta and Odum Jeffrey (Rose); her grandchildren, Terri (Carl), Gary Jr., Duane, Shaneetka, Adrian (Ayanna), William, Boysie Jr., Katrina (Mark), Bradley, Ramona (Kerion), Tennell, Marquita, Quanetta, Janetta, Odum J. "Odie" Jr. and Brian; and her mothers-in-law, Sadie, Nora and Ida Mae. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
