We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2018, at the age of 81, Constance E. Foster (Utica, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Robert Eaton; and her sister Patricia Downey. She is survived by: her parent Eleanor Kelly Eaton; her husband Kenneth; her children, Robert Butler (Judy) of New Hartford, Randy Butler of Rochester, Rick Butler (Debbie) of Brunswick, Barbara Bullock (Roger) of Schuyler and Patricia Mammone (William) of New Hartford; her grandchildren, Amanda Butler (Julio), Brett Bullock (Brittany), Ryan Butler, Joseph Mammone, Anastasia Mammone and Jackson Mammone; and her siblings, Terry Donlon (Beverly) of Baltimore, MD and Barbara Foster (Melvin) of Utica. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, kindly consider Trinity Lutheran Church.
