It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chenét Rose Homer (Utica, New York), who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence "Larry" Homer; her grandparents, Frank E. Sr., Barbara Homer (Schuff), Joseph and Ann Caroline Tartaglia; and her aunts and uncles, Jake Dodge, Elvira (Joseph Spine), Maryanne (Louis Drake) and Roger Tartaglia.
She is survived by: her mother Rosalie Homer (Tartaglia); her aunts and uncles, Laura (William Brucato), Patricia Dodge, Joseph Tartaglia, Michelle (Richard Edic), Mark (Jacquelyn Homer), Allan (Melody Homer), Eric Homer (Julia), Frank Homer Jr. and Seth (Teresa Homer); her friends, Mona Huang and Kathleen Roberto; and her close friend Chloe.
Her charitable heart led Chenét to donate much of her time to helping at homeless shelters and battered woman's shelters.
