She was predeceased by: her sister Jessica Falbo. She is survived by: her husband Alphonse Leone; her daughter Stephanie Hastwell (Thomas); her sister Crystal O'Connor; her stepchildren, Catrina Leone (Steven Coe) and Domenico Leone (Cassandra); her grandchildren, Lucas, Addalyn, Braelyn and Connor; and her godson Ian Garland.
