It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine E. Kryszczuk of Utica, New York, born in Richfield Springs, New York, who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Sarafin and Mary Sarafin (Hugick); her siblings, Stanley, Charles, John, Leon, Martin, Joseph Sarafin, Ida and Emma Sarafin; and her grandson Matthew Kryszczuk.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Kryszczuk; her sons, Michael Kryszczuk (Eva) and Daniel Kryszczuk of Atlanta, GA; her siblings, Paul Sarafin (Linda), Martha Stark of Richfield Springs, Marian Staruck of Richfield Springs, Genevieve Buddle (Robert) of Richfield Springs and Ann Szeflinski of Richfield Springs; and her granddaughters, Ania Wilson (Drake) and Sylvia Kryszczuk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Catherine's name may be made to the Memorial Fund of Sacred Heart & St. Mary's Church.
