We bid farewell to Catherine A. Longo (Utica, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 19, 2025 at the age of 63. Catherine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid Catherine farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Catherine is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Sr. and Mary A. Longo (Castelli); and her brothers, Anthony "Butch" Longo, Daniel Longo and Rocco J. "Rocky" Longo.

She is survived by: her significant other Gary Miner; her siblings, Donna Lee (Joseph Rivett), John D., Jr. (Nancy Longo), Michael (Elaine Longo), Ronald (Tammy Longo) and Salvatore "Salvie" (Kathie Longo); and her sister-in-law Sharon Longo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the St. Anthony & St. Agnes Church (422 Tilden Ave, Utica, NY 13501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
