It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Casey L. Gilbert of Utica, New York, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on May 29, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Terrance D. "Terry" and Carol M. Gilbert (Cornelius); her aunt Delores Willer; and her uncles, Donald Cornelius, Joseph Cornelius and William Willer.
She is survived by: her close friends, Gus and Oliver; her brother Terrance C. Gilbert, II; her sister-in-law Cherie Nappi-Gilbert; her niece Danielle Cozza-Whiteley (A. J.); her aunts, Jan Cornelius and Audrey Cornelius; her cousins, David, Laurie Eaton, Chad, Victoria Eaton, Nancy Sanders (late Greg Sanders), Matthew, Jessica Sanders, Brittany Sanders (Michael Cortina), Faye Nappi, Jené and Daniel Rossi; and her grandchildren, Isabella and Harper Nappi.
