Carrie B. Jenkins Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Carrie B. Jenkins (Utica, New York), born in Zellwood, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Taylor and Bessie Mae Taylor (Rollins); her former husband James Jenkins; her husband Homer Mathis; her children, Doris Jenkins of Utica, Debbie Jenkins Steele (Alex) of Utica, Lisa Jenkins of Utica, Marvin "Sunny" Hayes (Jeanette) of Utica, Calvin "Boob" Jenkins of Utica and Jerome Mathis (Johann) of Utica; her brothers, Donald King of Syracuse and Robert "Bobby" King (Mytsooko) of St. Thomas; and her friends, Maryann Bullock and Dan "Roscoe" Patterson, Jr.. She was also cherished by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held at the conclusion of visitation. Face coverings are required when entering and while in the building and social distancing and contact tracing protocols must be observed.
