She was predeceased by: her son Stephen Testa; her grandson Michael Testa, Jr.; her parents, Joseph Head and Zerena Head; her sister Dorothy Stephens; her parents-in-law, Louis Testa and Mabel Testa; and her siblings-in-law, Lucy Geruntino, Jennifer Testa, James Testa and William Testa.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas; her children-in-law, Cindy Dorsagno, John Dorsagno (Buddy) of Utica, Kim Camerota, David Camerota of Whitesboro, Richard Testa, Lauren Testa of Utica, Louis Testa, Ann Marie Testa of Florida, Michael Testa and Katie Testa of Rome; her sister Sandra Stephens (Peppy) of Utica; her siblings-in-law, Harry Stephens of Utica and Louis Testa of Utica; and also, Robert Testa, Cathy Testa of Utica and Joe Geruntino. She is also survived by grandchildren, 10 adored great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
