She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph S. Restifo and Mary Restifo (Gelfuso); her husband Anthony "Gig" Franco; her daughter Betty E. Franco; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Audrey, Jazlynn, Catarina and Pyper; her great great grandchildren, Destiny and Peyton; and her parents-in-law, Carmen DiNardo, Thomas Waters and Donald "Dini" Franco.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Bliss (Franco); her grandchildren, Jason Bliss, Michelle Bliss, Brenda, James Rafferty and Raymond Austin; her siblings, Betty DiNardo, Nancy (Anthony N. Corelli), Mary Waters, Philip J. (Geraldine C. Restifo) and Dominick "Auggie" Restifo; her sister-in-law Carol Franco; and her friend Edward Talarico. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
