He is survived by: his wife Theresa Mack; his children, Carol (Richard), Susan (Carl), Calvin Jr. (Darci) and Charles (Joy); his grandchildren, Matthew, Michelle, Henry (Liz) and Gabe; and also Leo.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Heintz Funeral Service (408 Herkimer Rd, Utica, NY 13502). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (70 Wood Rd, Whitesboro, NY 13492).
