He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fay and Shirley Fay (Roberts); his brother Steven Bulinski; and his stepfather Adam Bulinski. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Adam Fay (Betsy), Rochester, Brenda Maine (Jeffrey), Ilion Fay, Cheryl Fay (Crystal) and Syracuse; his grandchildren, Courtney, Melina, Brian, Brittanie, Jonathan, Parker and Logan; his siblings, Craig and Roseann Bulinski; and his close friends, Maria Allen and Jim Allen. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law along with nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Brian's name may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
