She is survived by: her parent Anna LaVerne Smith (Fallon); her son David Case; her grandson Anthony Case; her sisters, Jeanne Kerwin and Carol Bonanza (Ronald); and her sisters-in-law, Judy Smith and Mary Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
