She is survived by: her significant other Jaime Alejandro; her children, Rafael Ortiz, Lucy Ulloa and Mari Santiago; her grandchildren, Marisol, Carlo Louis-Jacques, IrisMireya, Jose Colon, Jr., Nastassia and Patrick Hare; her great grandchildren, Sophia and Myah; her grandchildren, Jozette, Juliana, Rafael and Alyssia; her siblings, Melin Ortiz (Alada Perez) and Petra Lago (Miguel Lago); and her parents-in-law, Carmen Alejandro and Ida Alejandro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
