With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bianca M. Devins (Utica, New York), born in New Hartford, New York, who passed away on June 28, 2019 at the age of 17. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Kimberly Devins of Utica and Michael Devins of Naples, FL; her stepparents, Kaleigh Rimmer and Cody Meulengracht; her siblings, Olivia, Maddison Devins, Dustin, Jordyn and Dakota Meulengracht; her grandparents, Donna, Frank Williams, Michael and Cathy Devins; her aunts and uncles, Kyle Williams (Melissa), Kristin Williams, Ryan Williams (Ana), Alvah Devins (Wendy) and Jeremy Jellerson (Catherine); her cousins, Kristofer, Tyler, Andrew, Hannah Williams, Shaniah, Danielle Devins, Sophia, Izabella Jellerson, Savannah Rodriguez, Kobe Jellerson, Quintin Calloway and Desmond Garcia; her sister Gianna Rosado; and her close friends, Jenna Fox and Chloe Dockstader.
