He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony "Tony" Sr. Scalise and Louise Margaret Scalise (Florenze); and his brother Anthony "Tony" Scalise Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Frances Aiello; his children, Richard Scalise (Kristy Olney) and Gina Scalise; his grandson Samuel "Sam" Scalise; his siblings-in-law, Congetta "Anne" Scalise, Rosalie, Tony Pezzulo, Virginia, Vinny Colucci and Joanne Aiello; and also Adrienne Albin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
