Barbara A. Balio Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A. Balio (Utica, New York), who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Starczek and Frank DeSimone; her siblings, Pat DeSimone and Fran Gowett; her nephew Jimmy Williams; her nieces, Donna and Fran; her in-laws, Louis and Mary Balio; her cousins, Sal and Jeanette Scalzo; and her husband John "Sonny" Balio of Patrick's Catholic Church.
She is survived by: her son Louis F. Balio; her granddaughters, Dakota and Victoria; her daughter Rhonda; her friends, Dawn and Patrick Andrews; and her aunt Betty Feldman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Also surviving are Jennifer Maloney, Vinny Ward, Elaine Donatello, Anita Cannistra, and Mary Beth Napolitano (her beloved hairdresser); aunt, Betty Feldman and several nieces and nephews.
