He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip J. Jetter, Jr. and Reatha Jetter; his brother Philip J. Jetter, III; and his siblings-in-law, Michele Jetter, Richard Mallery and Keith Hundley.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Koons; his daughters, Samantha Jetter (Gerard San Gemino), Kimberly Jetter and Tiffany Jetter-Mace (Hayley Jetter-Mace); his grandson Maxwell Jetter San Gemino; his siblings, Binnie Hundley and James Jetter (Kim); and his siblings-in-law, Martha Mallery and Brian Koons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in his memory.
