He is survived by: his mother Antonia Torres; his wife Mercedes Garcia; his children, Nuiza Zuleyka Soto, Alvado Toro, Josue, Jennifer Soto, Misael and Alana Soto; his grandchildren, Mia Ynoa Soto, Julian Richard Soto, Jovani Emmanuel Soto, Misael Soto and Emiliano Soto; and his siblings, Olga Soto, Karen Soto, Damaris Soto, Haydee Soto and Irma Vera Soto. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
