She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Penberthy and Francisco Penberthy; her brother Richard F. Penberthy; and her grandson Henry C. Allen. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Heiner (John), A. Edward Allen, David Allen (Carolyn) and Rebecca Lewis (John); her grandchildren, Ashley Allen Sutton, Philip Heiner, Anne Heiner Berousek, Susan Allen Marais, Thomas Heiner, Madeline Lewis, Haley Allen DeMarco, Elizabeth Lewis, Molly Lewis, Edward Allen, Laura Allen, Ella Lewis, Maria Allen and Alexandra Allen; her great grandchildren, Hunter Sutton, Amelia Sutton and Henry Marais; and her sister Sandra Gibbs (David).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Women's Fund of Herkimer & Oneida Counties, Inc., or the Utica Zoological Society in memory of Ann P. Allen.
