It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Casella Shaffer (Utica, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vincent and Filomena; her husband Jospeh Casella, II; her children, Joseph Casella, III (Connie Didomenico), Vincent Casella (Joan), James Casella (Maria), Thomas Casella (Tamara) of New Hartford and Katherine Hamill (Jeff); her sister Rose; and her pet Sunshine. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
