It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann B. (Mancuso) Ruggiero (Utica, New York), who passed away on October 5, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mancuso and Carmella Mancuso (Mazzatti); and her sister Mary See. She is survived by: her husband Louis J. Ruggiero, Sr.; her grandchildren, Evangelina Ruggiero, Ricky Ferriaola, Matthew Ruggiero, Christina and Owen Edwards; her great grandchildren, Dominick and Mia; her brother Michael; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Mancuso and Royce See. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
