She is survived by: her husband Khamsouk Phanthavong; her children, Hatsana Phanthavong (Tharya) of Bar Harbor, ME, Chitsana Sheaffer (John) of Whitesboro, Matsa Felder (E. J.) of Chicago, IL, Manonh Phanthavong (Lori) of Portland, ME, Jonann Velardi (Nick) of Utica and Mala of Albany, N. Y; her grandchildren, Brendan (Ashley), Dominick, Isaac, Aiden, Roman, Victoria, Lillian, Mason, Elijah, Lucy, Areeya and Aaliyah; her great grandchildren, Carson and Callie; her sister Kamy Thongrivong (Phouphit) of Johnson City, Their; her children, David, Jade and Manivanh Keoonela (Veuy) of Clarks Summit, PA.; and her grandchildren, April, Vranika and Makayla. She is also survived by many sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
