She is survived by: her parents, Jozef Zawislan and Zofia Waligora Zawislan; her friend Polka Dancing; her son Donald S.; her wife Bonnie Kisiel of Shoreham, NY; her children, Lara Asirvadem (Michael), Stephen Kisiel (Kristina), Bryan Kisiel, Rose Anne (Fred Pushlar) of Syracuse, Aimee Brainard (Jason), Kristopher Pushlar (Jennifer), Andrew Pushlar (Tamie) and Dianne Canfield (Lee Smith) of Clinton; and her great grandchildren, Juliana Kisiel, Kira Brainard, Catrina Brainard, Natalie Pushlar, Ameila Pushlar, Alexander Pushlar and Sophia Pushlar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
