He is survived by: his parents, Thomas and Stephanie (Lazarek); his wife Gloria; his sons, Christopher (Amy) of Boston and Eric (Dawn) of Syracuse; his sister Gloria (Stan); and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Ann (Tom) and Nancy (Tom) of Utica.
