She is survived by: her parent Juanita Gonzalez Fuentes; her spouse Mario Centolella; her children, Hilda Mateo, George Mateo, Raymond Ortiz, Debra Ortiz, Johanne Mateo, Jeffrey Ortiz, Rose Ortiz, Susan Ortiz, Jason Ortiz and Geraldine Ortiz; her siblings-in-law, Gloria Molina, Enrique Molina, Lee Ruffule and Joseph Ruffule; and her brothers, Ernest Fuentes (Carmen Fuentes) and Jose Fuentes. She is also survived by grandchildren, 33 beloved great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
