She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frances Conway and Clifton Shorter; her son John Shorter; her grandchildren, Brent Shorter, Aleah Vir, Sarah Shorter, Logan Shorter and Austin Shorter; her great grandchildren, Jace Gordon Johnson and Elyana Frances Shorter; her brothers, Robert Shorter of Florida and John W Shorter of Pearl River; and her daughter-in-law Nicole.
