We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2024, at the age of 85, Betty Perry of Upper Nyack, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, may Betty find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Matsui of Conway, MA, Emily Perry of Croton, Thomas Perry of Nyack and Andrew "Rusty" Perry of Denver. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Contributions in her memory may be given to United Hospice of Rockland or The Nature Conservancy.

“Betty was the "Flower Lady" of Upper Nyack and the Butterfly Garden at Memorial Park in Nyack. She was as bright and cheerful as the many species she knew and cared for. Most of all, Betty Perry was a light amongst humanity, a giving, non-judgmental soul. Her neighbors, the Gunthers.”
