He is survived by: his children, Michele Smith, Todd Lamoy (Jamie) and Nichole Vassar (Cliff); his grandchildren, Shane Welch (Destiny), Bryan Welch, Kendra Vassar and Nathan Vassar; and his great grandchildren, Greyson Welch and Aubrey Welch.
