It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose M. Chery of Uniondale, New York, who passed away on August 14, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonso Riddick and Martha Riddick; her husband LeClair Chery; her siblings, Walter Riddick, Milton Riddick, Carlton Riddick, James Riddick, Theodore Riddick, Mrytle Riddick, Willie Mae Newby and Dorothy Lee Sheppard; and her nephews, Barry Riddick and Preston Felton.
She is survived by: her son Leon; her siblings, Rudolph Riddick, DC and Martha; her nephew Theodore Riddick, MD of Mario Felton, VA; and her nieces, Gmerice Riddick, MD, Michelle (James), Charlotte and Adrienne. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
