He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Smith and Ida F. Smith; and his wife Kim Y. H. Smith. He is survived by: his children, Allan Smith (Miyuki) and Frances Marchand (Charles); his brother Art (Connie); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Hayley Marchand, Jonathan and Benjamin Smith. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to either the Santa Rita Fire District EMS Department, or to the Elks Club Scholarship Fund.
