He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Gardepe (Reynolds); his children, Denise Page (Jamie), Daniel Wormuth (Leah), Michael Wormuth (Heather), Charles Gardepe, Terry Hill, Diana Gardepe (Rick Howland) and Robert Gardepe; and his siblings, Juanita Macknik, Raymond Wormuth (Marylyn), Gerald Wormuth (Mary), Maurice Wormuth, Jeanie Whitmore (Hank), Charles Wormuth (Sarah), Barbara Zupa (John), Kevin Wormuth (Judy), Robin Ignatovich (Paul) and Scott Wormuth (Jodi). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
