He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Cecce and Margaret Cecce (Valentino); his brother Henry "Hank" Cecce; his grandson George Coates V; and his brother-in-law Thomas McDougal.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma (Houck); his stepchildren, Catherine Flavin (Michael) of Knoxville, TN, Richard Cecce (Sara) of Delhi, NY, Leanna Williams of Bear, DE, Florence Smith of Newark, DE, Amber Emerson (Eric) of Otego, NY and Ronald Miller, Jr.; and his siblings, Florence Cecce of Albuquerque, NM, Margaret McDougal of Parrish, FL, Josephine Blodgett of Corning, NY and Joseph Cecce (Margo) of Bath, NY. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid pandemic, there will be no calling hours.
