He was predeceased by: his parents, Christen J. Madsen Sr. and Berniece H. Erickson Madsen; his siblings, Vivian Moore, Evelyn Peck, Christen J. Madsen Jr. and John R. Madsen; and his nephew Roger DeForest.
He is survived by: his children, Lance Madsen (Heather) and Jennifer Cooper; his nephews, Bill Peck (MaryAnn) and Maverick Madsen; his sister-in-law Beth Madsen; his grandchildren, Dylan, Damien Madsen, Trevor Ross and Emily Cooper; and his close friend Sue Chidefter.
Due to Covid-19, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
