She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Barthelmess and Florence Barthelmess (Collins); her sons, Charles and Robert Strain; and her sons-in-law, Kenneth Bachman and David Hitchcock Sr. Kathleen.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Strain; her daughters, Eileen Hitchcock (Peter Skoglund) and Bonnie Bachman; and her daughters-in-law, Brenda Strain and Geraldine Strain of Unadilla. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
