Meredith and Cody Chambers (Cassandra) of Riverview, FL; his great grandchildren, Reed, Tanner and Camden; and his siblings, Madeline Grader, Shirley Osterhoudt, Dotty McIntosh, Dale Chambers (Linda), Linda Allen and Michael Chambers (Denise). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
