With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gabriel Rivera of Unadilla, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on February 8, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Hilda; his children, Gina, Joy and John; his nephew Samuel Rivera II; and his sister-in-law Tricia Rivera.
He is survived by: his children, Guy Rivera (Vittoria) of Santa Barbara, CA, Gabriel III of Santa Barbara, CA and Samantha Taylor (Jason) of Gainesville, GA; his siblings, Judy Roldan (Michael) of Unadilla, NY, Edgar Rivera (Patrice), Roxanna Rivera-Bajra of Stamford, CT and Samuel Rivera (Christine) of Unadilla, NY.; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Rivera IV (CA), Naomi Rivera (CA), Makenzie DeHart (PA), David Rivera (AZ), Trenton Taylor (NC) and Tracen Taylor (Japan). He is also survived by great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
