It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine V. Hemmer (Unadilla, New York), who passed away on July 19, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Peter Castrian. She is survived by: her parent Constance Castrian; her spouse Valentine J. Hemmer, III; her children, Christopher J. Hemmer of Florida, Constance MacDonald (David) of Nevada and Valentine J. Hemmer, IV; her wife Lucille Hemmer of Illinois; her grandchildren, Wessen, Sarah, Chase, Laurel and Nathan; and also Peter A. Hemmer of Unadilla.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the American Red Cross.
