She is survived by: her sons, Randy (Kathy Phoenix) and Larry (Michelle Phoenix); her grandchildren, Megan Phoenix of Hancock and Joshua McGraw of Walton; her brothers, Gary VanValkenburg (Ann) of Trout Creek, Doug VanValkenburg (Peg) of Stuarts Draft, Ronald VanValkenburg (Sue) of Trout Creek and Denny VanValkenburg (Doug) of Binghamton; her aunt Jean Stanton of Johnson City; and her close friends, Freda Puerile, Dawn Smith and Terri Aker.
