He was predeceased by: his parents, Norwood Humphrey and Florence Humphrey (Mack); his wife Fredericka Humphrey; his children, Theodore "Teddy" Humphrey, Jr. and Brenda O'Connell; his son-in-law Paul O'Connell; and his siblings, Frank, Norwood "Pete", Jr., Henry, Harold, William, John, Ada Mae Humphrey, Christine "Chrissy" Schrader, Marion Glass, Dorothy Bartroff, Charlotte Rowles and Josephine Menendez.
He is survived by: his siblings, Francis Humphrey (Linda) of Hurley and Victoria Leitstein of California; his stepdaughters, Georgette Jocelyn Olson (Chad) and Tammy Clayton (Marty); and his grandchildren, Zachary O'Connell (Dalton Lafferty), Sean and Dameon Jocelyn.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of contributions to the Port Ewen Fire Dept.
